Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received from us. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wholesale products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help process your claim.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

Where possible, damaged or incorrect items may be replaced instead of refunded.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
